The develpoment of 7 Cream may seem like something of a contradiction because I have stressed many times on this site that the healing of skin conditions has to come from within. However there is a lot that can be done to facilitate the process with topical applications while avoiding aggressive suppression. For many years I searched for a cream I could recommend to patients to replace their conventional skin preparations as an interim measure while on treatment. Eventually, after trying many combinations of my own and others, '7 Cream' was born. I had arrived at a formula that has surpassed all my expectations. This was a painstaking process that involved a lot of experimentation but I am so pleased with the end result.

This cream, while excellent as a moisturiser, protective barrier cream, and infection preventer, was also designed to be a promoter of healing for damaged skin. It is therefore very useful for injuries and burns as well as eczema/dermatitis type conditions and fungal infections. To my initial surprise, it is also being used cosmetically for its moisturising effect by some. My wife swears by it and uses it on her face daily! It started off as a therapeutic cream for use by physicians but more and more it is being bought by lay people who are finding all sorts of interesting uses for it, from gardner's hands to mosquito bites,to....well, read the testimonials.

The unique aspects of the formula are in the combination of ingredients. Many homeopaths use Calendula cream. 7 Cream contains as much Calendula extract alone as most Calendula creams yet in a much stronger form than most. We use an organic vegetable glycerine extact of Calendula made specially for us by Gaia Herbs. It is a deep yellowy/green colour as opposed to the watery looking homeopathic tinctures used in most other creams!
