About Shipping

In the US

The below shipping prices are for shipments in the U.S. when only medicines, CD-audios, and/or audiotapes are purchased. If one or more books are purchased, there may be an additional charge of at least $2 due due to significant weight of books (we can eliminate this charge if you email us at mail@homeopathic.com and request "Media Mail" which is a less expensive and slower shipping method (though such shipments are uninsurable, and customers take a small risk from this lower shipping fees). The charges for shipping vary depending upon how far you are from California and whether your address is rural vs. urban (rural is more expensive) and whether we are sending the package to a residential or business address (residences are more expensive).

Please note that the invoice through our online ordering system will list the prices below, but we will adjust them as per your request to the guidelines listed above.

$5.50 for orders under $29.99
$7.50 for orders $30-$74.99
$9.00 for orders $75 to $149.99
$13.00 for orders over $150.00

(Prices could be higher when more rapidly delivery is requested. Let us know via email (send us an e-mail) if you prefer UPS Next Day, Second-Day, or Third-Day service, or if you prefer Federal Express (morning or afternoon delivery). Also, book orders to Alaska and Hawaii may cost more. Prices for single remedies, posters, and select drop-ship items are determined separately.) Shipping costs outside of the U.S. are totally different and depend upon weight of the entire shipment. Email us if you want to know the precise costs of your order.

Outside of the US

The costs of each order varies with the weight of the products and the country to which they are being sent. Please let us know if you want your order sent via:
-- AIR MAIL (for packages less than 4 pounds in weight...this is not insurable),
-- AIR PARCEL POST (this IS insurable!),
-- SURFACE PARCEL POST (this is insurable...please note that this shipping method is slower and cheaper, but it is only cheaper when 5 or more pounds of product are sent to you).
-- GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL (This air service is a low priced way for you to receive books, but all books must be sent in a "paper envelope" and no insurance is possible for these shipments. Please note that this shipping method is only $12 to most countries and only $10 to Canada, though usually only 1 book can fit into the envelope (or 2 very thin books), and the fatter/larger books cannot do so. Also, the thinness of the paper envelope sometimes leads to bumps in the book upon delivery (remember: no insurance is possible this means of delivery). Still, this price is a great one! Please let us know if you want us to send your book via Global Priority Mail if it is possible.)

Insurance

If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will assume that you wish to have it sent via AIR PARCEL POST, and we will insure it at your cost.

You will need to let us know if you wish to have your order INSURED or not. Insurance costs $5.00 for the first $100 and $1 for every $100 over this amount. We recommend insurance, especially for orders for $50 or more. However, the following are some of the countries in which insurance is not possible: Afganistan, Bahrain, Cambodia, Columbia, Congo, Cuba, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Laos, Libya, Malta, Mexico, Nepal, Panama, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Uganda, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen.

If you live in one of the above-listed countries and wish to have your order insured, we will need to send the order via UPS or Federal Express. Although this method of shipment will be more expensive than air mail, these companies provide greater security. Please let us know if you want your shipment via these companies.
